About the Role: We’re looking for a Junior Video Editor to support the production of high-quality video content with a strong focus on performance-driven marketing campaigns. This role will primarily support the creation of video content for paid media (ads) across platforms such as Meta, Google, and X, as well as organic social channels, focused on TikTok and Gen-Z content. The focus is on editing engaging, fast-paced videos that capture attention quickly and drive action. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to turn raw footage into effective promotional assets that align with campaign goals and brand direction.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities Video Editing for Marketing Campaigns
- Edit video content for digital campaigns across paid and organic channels
- Strong understanding of Gen Z content styles and trends, with proven experience creating and editing TikTok-first, short-form video content that captures attention quickly and drives engagement
- Produce short-form videos for Ads (Meta, Google, X) and social media (Youtube and Instagram shorts, etc).
- Structure videos with strong openings, clear messaging, and effective calls to action
- Create multiple variations of videos to support different campaigns and audiences
- Adapt and repurpose existing content into new formats and edits
- Ensure all videos are formatted correctly for each platform and placement
Creative Execution
- Add subtitles, motion graphics, overlays, transitions, and sound design
- Maintain high visual and editing standards across all outputs
- Follow brand guidelines and creative direction
- Contribute ideas to improve engagement and overall video quality
- Stay updated on editing styles and trends across digital platforms
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with creative team on campaign needs and timelines
- Manage file organization and maintain structured editing workflow
- Deliver content quickly in a fast-paced environment with frequent launches
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience as a Video Editor
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and similar tools (mandatory)
- Experience editing content used in paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, or similar)
- Experience with TikTok/Youtube and Instagram Shorts video editing
- Motion graphics and animation skills
- Basic filming knowledge (camera, lighting, audio)
- Proactive and creative mindset, consistently bringing new content ideas and willing to capture organic footage or quick recordings
- Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and attention retention
- Ability to produce clean, modern, high-converting edits
- Ability to deliver multiple videos daily with fast turnaround
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Strong English communication skills
- Based in Dubai and available for on-site work
