What You'll Do

• Edit high-quality viral short-form videos
• Edit high-quality long form podcasts
• Collaborate closely with producer and the content team to enhance storytelling with impactful visuals, music, pacing, and sound design
• Consistently meet tight deadlines, transforming raw footage into polished, engaging content.
• Self-starter & high-energy, this is a fast-paced role where you'll have a major impact.

What Makes You a Fit

• Someone with an eye for viral content, you're interested in understanding what makes people stop scrolling, engage, and share.
• Motivated, proactive, and passionate about creating meaningful, viral content
• You have an intuitive sense for emotion-driven storytelling, knowing exactly what makes viewers stop scrolling, connect deeply, and share content
• Efficient, organized, and comfortable with quick turnarounds in a fast-paced environment.
• Student or recent grad with free time after classes in the evening; we can work around your classes to make something work, but this is a high commitment job
• Expertise in video editing not required; being eager to learn and be wrong is required
• Recent graduate, based in New York City

Requirements

• Must have 5 days in-person in NYC per week.
• Some experience using Premiere Pro
