Junior Video Editor

Job Location: Township – College Road
Job Timing: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT)

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the production of engaging and high-quality video content for digital platforms while ensuring alignment with brand standards and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished and engaging video content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Trim, arrange, and sequence clips to create smooth storytelling and visual flow
• Add transitions, music, sound effects, subtitles, and basic motion graphics to enhance overall video quality
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver content accordingly
• Ensure consistency in branding, style, and visual presentation across all videos
• Revise and improve content based on feedback from senior editors and stakeholders
• Organize and manage video assets, project files, and editing timelines efficiently
• Stay updated with current video editing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Basic hands-on experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe After Effects
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, rendering, and export settings
• Strong creative sense with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation
• Familiarity with color grading and audio enhancement techniques
• Knowledge of platform-specific video requirements for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in video editing, content production, or relevant internships
