Junior Video Editor (Contract - 3 Months)

This is a contractual role for 3–4 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance and the management decision.

The Role:

PNC Solutions is looking for a creative and motivated Video Editor. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, be aware of social media trends, and possess basic motion graphics and graphic design knowledge.

A portfolio showcasing your work is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into engaging videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, YouTube) and ads.
• Apply fast or slow editing techniques depending on content needs.
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, and basic visual effects.
• Perform basic color correction and audio adjustments.
• Collaborate with the creative team to implement ideas effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in video editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your previous work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut (desktop version).
• Awareness of social media trends and best practices.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and graphic design.
• Ability to work on-site and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points):

• Thumbnail design or additional graphic design skills.
• Short-form content optimization experience.
