About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Videographer to support our video production and marketing team in creating engaging, high-quality visual content. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about videography, editing, and visual storytelling.

You’ll assist with video shoots, editing, and post-production while working closely with experienced creatives. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, shooting, and producing video content for digital and marketing platforms
• Support senior videographers during shoots, including camera setup, lighting, and framing
• Edit video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
• Perform basic color correction, trimming, transitions, and formatting for multiple platforms
• Assist with simple motion graphics or visual effects when required
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and creative direction
• Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and media assets
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to execute creative concepts
• Stay updated on video trends, formats, and social media best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media Studies, Film, Multimedia, Design, or a related field

(or equivalent practical experience)

• 1–2 years of experience in videography and/or video editing
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects or DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
• Basic understanding of camera operation, lighting, and framing
• Ability to edit content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Strong willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience creating content for brands, social media, or marketing campaigns
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation
• Portfolio, showreel, or sample work (academic or freelance projects are welcome)
