About the Role:

Egerton Studios, powered by Tilted Needle, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Videographer & Editor to join our Dubai production team.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about both filming and editing, with a strong visual eye and the ability to tell compelling stories through video. You’ll collaborate with our producers, editors, and creative directors to deliver high-quality, engaging content for clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture professional-quality footage during studio and on-location shoots.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Edit videos for social media, brand campaigns, and corporate projects.
• Perform basic color correction, sound balancing, and motion graphics where needed.
• Maintain organized file management and project backups.
• Work closely with producers and editors to ensure smooth creative flow.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming and pre-production planning.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in videography and video editing (agency or freelance).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro preferred.
• Strong understanding of framing, lighting, storytelling, and editing flow.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Based in Dubai and available for on-site shoots.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for visual creativity and attention to detail.

Compensation & Trial Details:

• Intro Video: Submit a 30–60 second self-introduction video about your background, creative style, and interest in joining Egerton Studios.
• Portfolio: Include links to your previous video and editing work (YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive).
• Trial Project: Selected candidates will complete a short creative assignment to test filming and editing capability before final confirmation.

Working Hours:

Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UAE Time).
Flexibility is required for shoots that may take place on weekends or evenings.
