Junior Warehouse Officer

We are hiring a Junior Warehouse Officer to assist in day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory handling, organised storage and timely dispatch of products in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and log incoming materials while ensuring documentation accuracy
• Manage storage, tagging, and categorisation of inventory with high attention to detail
• Support timely issuance of materials to relevant departments as per production needs
• Assist in order picking, packing and dispatch with a focus on quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse, following safety standards
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts and support stock audit activities
• Assist with warehouse reporting and transaction documentation
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics and service teams to resolve issues proactively
• Uphold care and quality standards in handling and storing luxury fashion products
  
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in warehouse or supply chain operations
• Familiar with inventory systems and basic WMS tools
• Organised, dependable and detail-oriented
• Able to coordinate across functions and work well within a team
• Passion for fashion and commitment to luxury brand handling standards
• Fluent in English; Urdu proficiency is a plus
• Physically able to lift or move stock as required
