What You'll Do

Learn & Build – Develop responsive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress.

Bring Designs to Life – Convert designs into functional websites through coding or using tools like Elementor Page Builder

Collaborate Daily – Work alongside designers, project managers, and developers

Solve Real Problems – Troubleshoot technical issues and help maintain website performance under mentorship

Continuously Improve – Participate in code reviews and contribute ideas to enhance our development processes

What You Bring

Experience & Technical Skills:
1-2 years of web development experience
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Basic understanding of PHP and WordPress

Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development

Figma Experience

Your Mindset:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and willingness to ask questions

Ability to take feedback and apply it constructively

Self-motivated with a passion for web development

Comfortable working on multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Nice to Have

Experience with Elementor or other page builders

Basic understanding of SEO principles

Interest in design and user experience

Portfolio or examples of personal/academic projects
