Job Purpose:

As a Junior Word Press Developer at Eminent4U Private Limited, you play a vital role in supporting the development, maintenance, and performance of our digital assets. Your contributions ensure smooth functionality, mobile responsiveness, and user-friendly experiences across our web platforms. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams particularly design and marketing to accurately bring visual concepts to life and maintain the technical integrity of our websites. Your success will be measured through timely project execution, quality of code, and your ability to support campaign-driven development needs.

Responsibilities and KPIs:

• Web Development & Implementation:

Accurately follow design assets and mockups to assist in developing responsive web and landing pages. Maintain consistent visual and functional quality across all devices and browsers.

• Website Maintenance & Optimization:

Support the ongoing maintenance of existing company websites, identifying and resolving bugs and ensuring stable performance.

• Testing & Troubleshooting:

Test, debug, and troubleshoot basic code to ensure compatibility and alignment with project requirements.

• Cross-Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to support the technical aspects of campaigns, ensuring seamless integration of tracking tools and content.

• Responsiveness & Compatibility:

Contribute to building mobile-responsive pages and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

• Technical Growth & Learning:

Engage with tools like WordPress, custom PHP, ACF, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery under supervision.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of WordPress and custom PHP.
• Familiarity with WordPress templates and theme structure.
• Exposure to Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and ACF Repeater is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript or jQuery.
• Comfortable using design tools like Figma or Adobe XD to interpret layouts.
• A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn under supervision.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Proactive mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Positive attitude and keen attention to detail.
