Job Type: Full-time (Remote) Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 6 PM – 2 AM (PKT) Salary: PKR 35,000 per month

We are seeking a Junior Workflow Automation & Software Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to apply their skills in automation, integrations, and software development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement automation solutions across ERP, CRM, and project management platforms.
• Develop and maintain custom applications using PHP, Java, and Python.
• Integrate third-party systems using RESTful APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
• Assist in CRM/ERP customization (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms).
• Support the development of KPI-based dashboards and analytics tools.
• Test, deploy, and maintain automation workflows to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Stay updated on new tools, frameworks, and best practices in automation and software development.

Preferred Tools & Technologies

• Programming Languages: PHP, Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js
• APIs & Integration: RESTful APIs, Webhooks, JSON, OAuth
• Automation Tools: Power Automate, Zapier, Make (Integromat)
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL (basic knowledge)
• CRM/ERP Platforms: HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing final year) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong interest in workflow automation, integrations, and system optimization.
• Basic hands-on experience with software development (PHP/Java/Python).
• Good problem-solving ability and an analytical mindset.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn quickly.
• Availability during 6 PM – 2 AM PKT communication hours.
