We are seeking a Junior Workflow Automation & Software Developer to join our team. This is a remote role limited to Karachi-based candidates, as our training, onboarding, and growth programs require candidates to be in the same city.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals ( 1 year experience) who are eager to build long-term careers in automation + software development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement automation solutions for ERP, CRM, and project management platforms.
• Develop and maintain applications using PHP, Python, Java, and Node.js.
• Build integrations using RESTful APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, N8N).
• Assist in CRM/ERP customization (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms).
• Support the development of KPI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Test, deploy, and maintain automated workflows, ensuring reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently in final year) in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Karachi-based candidate (mandatory).
• 0–1 year of experience in software or workflow automation (fresh graduates are encouraged).
• Basic knowledge of PHP, Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, or automation tools is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.
