Role Overview and Key Responsibilities


The candidate will be primarily responsible for defining and executing the JV’s growth strategy in parking management and related services. This role ensures effective governance, maximises value creation, and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, while safeguarding the organisation’s strategic and financial interests.


Main Responsibilities


Strategic Growth Contribution:

  • Support the development and execution of strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, operational improvement, or risk mitigation within the investment structure.
  • Lead growth initiatives, including but not limited to:

Cross-selling and synergies among JV shareholders

Opportunities with related parties

Partnerships with third parties

Governance and Oversight:

  • Monitor performance and compliance with shareholder agreements.
  • Participate in board meetings and committees, representing the organisation’s interests.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with shareholders, partners, and key stakeholders.

Compliance and Legal:

  • Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, shareholder agreements, and organisational policies.
  • Liaise with legal counsel on contractual matters as required.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial and operational roles in parking management or related sectors.
  • Proven experience in high-profile stakeholder management in the UAE.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis, contract management, and risk assessment.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments and with diverse teams.
