At Amigos Tutoring, we are dedicated to helping students reach their full academic potential. Since 2015, we have supported thousands of students throughout South Florida by providing personalized instruction, building confidence, and creating a positive learning environment.

We are currently seeking energetic, dependable, and motivated Academic Tutors to join our Kendall team. This is an excellent opportunity for high school upperclassmen, college students, aspiring educators, and anyone passionate about making a difference in students’ lives.

What You'll Do

• Lead small-group tutoring sessions with up to 5 students
• Support K–12 students in subjects such as Math, Reading, Science, and Language Arts
• Follow structured lesson plans and curriculum provided by Amigos Tutoring
• Foster a positive, engaging, and productive learning environment
• Encourage student participation, confidence, and academic growth
• Serve as a mentor and positive role model for students

Qualifications

• High school junior, senior, college student, or recent graduate
• Passion for working with children and helping students succeed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, positive, patient, and professional attitude
• Prior tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or childcare experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
