Kafka API Gateway Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 12 15+ years of experience in IT project/program management within fintech, BFSI, payments, or digital platforms. Strong experience with Capital Markets Strong technical background (hands on past experience in development, architecture, or integrations preferred). Expertise in software delivery models: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall hybrid. Strong understanding of fintech domains such as payments, core banking, digital channels, lending, or financial compliance. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Experience in managing multimillion dollar technical programs. Preferred Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe. Experience across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), API gateways, microservices, DevOps toolchains. Hands on understanding of information security, regulatory compliance, and data privacy frameworks. Familiarity with enterprise PM tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Clarity, or Planview.
