About the Role

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile healthcare projects for the successful delivery of healthcare IT solutions
8+ years of project management experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Proven experience with CRM platforms.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare payer/provider operations, particularly in areas such as eligibility, benefits, claims, and call center processes.
Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Sales and marketing cloud experience.
Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
Ensure alignment of CRM solutions with business processes in member services, claims processing, eligibility verification, and call center operations.
Manage provider/payer integrations and regulatory-compliant implementations
Utilize Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution in complex healthcare environments
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide strong leadership

Desired Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications

Location

100% Remote - California

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $57- 60 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
