Kalaqtic Social Media Intern

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join the Kalaqtic fashion team. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, content creation, and digital storytelling. The intern will play an active role in growing our online presence, capturing the essence of our brand, and promoting showroom activity through social platforms. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in fashion marketing, brand development, and digital media in a fast-paced, visionary environment.

Duties

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage from fittings, events, and showroom activity
• Edit reels, videos, and graphics that align with the Kalaqtic brand aesthetic
• Research current fashion and social media trends to inform content strategy
• Help maintain an organized content calendar and archive of media assets
• Write engaging captions and hashtags to support community engagement
• Support day-of coverage for photoshoots, shows, or showroom events
• Monitor engagement analytics and assist with basic insights reporting
• Collaborate with the creative and design teams to ensure brand consistency
• Help brainstorm campaign ideas and creative direction for new drops

Skills

• Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social media best practices
• Comfortable using CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere)
• Eye for fashion, design, and visual storytelling
• Strong writing skills and brand voice awareness
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Flexibility and creativity in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in fashion media, creative direction, and emerging trends
