Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields
• Min 3 years experience in food industry– operational/retail QA experience is preferred
• Understanding of food, non food manufacturing including Food GMPs, SOPs, HACCP/Food Safety, auditing and inspections
• Ability to multitask, be detail oriented and to remain calm under pressure
• Good knowledge of global and local regulations, food, food contact and non-food product safety, product labelling
• Ability to influence others
• Proactive, achievement oriented and problem solver
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Team player with strong communication skills
• No restrictions to travel

Job Description:

• Conducting local quality and food safety audits
• Ensure global standarts and local quality management policies for warehouse & distributers & hospitality store
• Coordinating 3rd party audits
• Preparing periodical management reports to highlight strengths & opportunities
• Following legal audits and new regulations to update operation & import teams
• Conducting pest control management
• Managing food, food contact and non food analysis
