Key Account Manager – Automotive – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Based in Dubai)


Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time

Region Covered: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (frequent travel required)



About the Role:

A leading premium automotive OEM is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive sales and strengthen brand presence across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This strategic role is based in Dubai, with frequent travel across KSA to ensure market growth, premium customer experience, and adherence to retail standards. The role focuses on maximizing sales, supporting dealer networks, and building strong relationships with importers and key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, propose, and monitor sales targets across all channels (production, wholesale, retail, corporate, shuttle, fleet).
  • Conduct in-depth sales steering, aligning sales per region and per salesperson with overall targets.
  • Lead annual business planning and provide performance insights to the regional office.
  • Monitor NPS, CSI, and other quality metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze KPIs, coach importers, and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct stock, documentation, and compliance audits per retail standards.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, and market trends; recommend optimization measures.
  • Support dealer development, capacity planning, and staff training initiatives.
  • Focus on premium, corporate, fleet, and high-value vehicles in the assigned market.
  • Represent the brand at key events, launches, and business opportunities.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports aligned with regional KPIs.



Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • 6–8 years of automotive sales experience, with 3–4 years managing the KSA market .
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with luxury automotive OEM brands .
  • Ability to travel frequently across KSA cities.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi automotive market and culture.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English , with excellent negotiation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-driven, self-starter with leadership presence and ability to integrate across teams.
