KDR Key Account Manager (Electronic Consumer)

Company: Global Consumer Electronics (chargers, USB hubs, cables, docking stations, adapters, and more) from China.

Working Mode: Work from home-based, Dubai

Salary: up to 25k AED total package monthly

SCOPE OF WORK Account Management & Relationship Building
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and major retail partners (Hypermarkets Chain)
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key retail buyers, category managers, and decision-makers.
  • Understand each retailer's business model, category strategy, and shopper behavior to deliver customized solutions that enhance brand visibility and sales.
  • Drive sales performance within assigned retail accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for product expansion, in-store activations, and category growth within each retail chain.
  • Negotiate trading terms, listings, promotional support, and pricing to maximize profitability and ensure competitive positioning.
Account Planning & Execution
  • Plan and execute in-store marketing activities, display programs, and seasonal campaigns to boost sales and brand presence.
  • Monitor sell-through and sell-out data to assess performance and optimize product assortment and shelf space.
  • Continuously track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights within the retail environment.
  • Skillfully analyze the brand Status with the 4P theory, PSI Management Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly and Set Suggested Competitive strategy to improve UGREEN market share in Key Channels.
  • A Bachelor's degree or above, minimum 5 years of Consumer Electronics Industry and Key Accounts channel experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive and open mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English
