Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and payment details
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication with guests
- Utilize phone systems and other front desk software effectively
-Willing to learn all aspects of the kennel duties
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
-Previous experience in animal animal care
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour
