Role Overview:
You will be responsible for food preparation and cooking, ensuring high-quality and tasty dishes for daily meals. Additionally, you will manage kitchen operations, maintain health and safety standards, coordinate with the team, and handle record-keeping tasks efficiently.

  • Food Preparation: Experience in Kerala cuisine or general cooking.Weigh, measure, mix ingredients; boil, grill, bake, steam meats, fish, veggies.
  • Authentic Kerala Cooking: Master specific techniques like tempering (tadka) and using local spices for traditional flavors.
  • Quality Control: Check ingredient freshness, ensure proper cooking, and monitor food safety/sanitation.
  • Presentation: Garnish and arrange dishes appealingly, meeting standards.
  • Kitchen Management: Set up workstations, manage inventory/stock, clean equipment, and handle opening/closing duties.
