Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Agent to join the inDrive Couriers team. You will work closely with our business clients, handling day-to-day account operations, addressing inquiries, and ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction. Contract-based position.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily outbound calls to business clients to provide ongoing support and operational assistance related to inDrive Couriers' services

Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Hold regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, share product updates, and explore new collaboration opportunities

Collect, document, and analyze client feedback to help improve service quality

Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and service-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution

Handle incoming calls and requests from business clients in a professional and solution-oriented manner
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

1–3 years of experience in account management or a related field

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Proficiency in Google Sheets

Excellent knowledge of the local market

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Based in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad

Fluency in Urdu and English
