Key Account Associate

As Key Account Associate, in the Sales area, you will be responsible for planning products levels, ensuring timely supplies, reporting and relationship management.

The position will report to the Key Account Supervisor.

Position:

The Key Account Associate will:

• Order fulfilment & warehouse operations management: Planning & monitoring sufficient product levels by collaborating with the store officials. Ensuring timely supply to the stores and warehouses within the designated region
• Planogram & penetration: Implementing the product line-up standards on a customer basis
• Reporting: Reporting and documenting all visits made within the scope of the defined working routine as per the company standards & procedures. Carrying out all reporting activities regularly and completely
Relationship management: Fostering healthy, constructive, and positive relationships with the stores and purchasing officials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• With a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Key Account Function in FMCG
• Strong communication, follow up and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel within Turkiye
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
Proficiency in MS Office applications
