Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Key Account Director to lead our most important client relationships and drive business growth. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, developing tailored strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue. Your energetic approach will foster long-term partnerships, identify new opportunities, and ensure our solutions meet evolving client needs. Duties

  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key clients by understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, renewals, and new contracts that align with company objectives.
  • Develop strategic account plans that identify growth opportunities and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying prospects within existing accounts and expanding our footprint.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from warm calling prospects to closing high-value deals in a B2B environment.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track account activity, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff, sharing insights, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in negotiation, business development, and B2B sales within a technology or services industry.
  • Strong background in account management with a focus on large or strategic clients.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales analysis, market research, and developing actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience in technical sales or marketing strategies related to technology solutions is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: $135,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
