The ideal candidate will Support the management and development of key client accounts through maintaining strong relationships with clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, and supporting overall sales objectives.


Main job duties and responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the daily focal point for assigned key clients, ensure their needs are met professionally and efficiently.
  2. Assist in developing account plans and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
  4. Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, contracts, and purchase orders.
  5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and service issues.
  6. Monitor order status and provide timely updates to clients regarding shipments, delays, or issues.
  7. Help resolve any customer service issues promptly and escalate complex problems as needed.
  8. Assist in preparing client reports, sales forecasts, and performance summaries.
  9. Stay informed about product offerings, pricing, and market trends relevant to client industries.
  10. Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.


Educational background and previous experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  2. From 2 – 4 years of experience in relevant field.
