Key Account Executive in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and work closely with the distributor/local customers to establish relationships that will generate consistent revenue opportunities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory, including untapped retail segments, e-commerce platforms and potential sub-distributors

Support and monitor the distributors sell-in and sell-out performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales targets
-
Ensure adequate market coverage by evaluating existing distribution networks and recommending expansion or optimization where necessary
-
Work closely with distributors to maintain optimal stock levels

Monitor retail presence, pricing consistency and adherence to brand merchandising guidelines

Support the distributor in implementing local marketing and digital campaigns

Recommend pricing structures

Collect and analyse market data

Devise strategies to increase profitability of products

Monitor distributors PSI of each product category
Preferred Skills & Qualification
-
Masters/Bachelor Degree in Business management or similar
-
Excellent Product/territory knowledge with high technical background
-
Experience in conducting training and preparing presentations
-
Excellent in technical communication
-
3+ years of experience in the industry/field of Personal Electronics/Home goods.

Thorough & up to date knowledge of the market

Good communication skills (both written and oral)
