As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a
proactive and organized Administrator
with strong
FMCG (Beverage industry)
experience to support our expanding operations and ensure smooth day-to-day business coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate
daily administrative and operational activities
across departments.

Maintain organized
records, files, and documentation
related to production, sales, and inventory.

Support the
sales and operations team
in order processing, invoicing, and logistics coordination.
-
Assist in the
procurement and purchasing process
by preparing and tracking purchase orders.
-
Handle
communication with suppliers, distributors, and service providers
to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
-
Prepare
reports and summaries
for management, including sales data, stock movement, and performance updates.

Ensure compliance with
company procedures and internal controls
.

Support HR and accounting functions such as attendance tracking, petty cash management, and document filing.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration
,
Commerce
, or a related field.
-
Minimum
2–4 years of experience
in administration within the
FMCG (beverage or food)
industry.

Strong understanding of
order processing, inventory management, and logistics workflows
.
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
-
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a
fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
.
