15,000 SAR/month + 5% commission (paid on collected revenue) + performance accelerators
OTE Range:

high-impact Enterprise Account Executive
to lead Uptal’s expansion across Tier 1 & Tier 2 clients
What You Will Own

Identify & develo
p 200–400 target enterprise / government accounts

Build C-level relationships (CHRO, COO, TA, HR, PMO, Procurement)

Run full-cycle sales: outreach → discovery → demo → proposal → close

Deliver tailored Uptal demos showcasing clear ROI and operational impact

Navigate government & enterprise procurement processes

Manage long sales cycles while
driving early revenue wins

Own major accounts end-to-end: closing, expansion, and renewals

Provide continuous market and competitor insights to leadership
What You Need to Succeed

5+ years
in B2B sales (HR Tech, SaaS, AI, ATS, recruitment, or enterprise solutions)
-
Proven success closi
ng Tier 1 or Tier
2
clients (ministries, PIF companies, giga-projects, major enterprises, outsourcing firms)

Strong Saudi network
— must be able to reach decision-makers directly

Excellence in consultative selling, negotiations, and proposal writing
