Key Account Executive and Business Developer

A Technology / Marketplace Platform is looking for a driven, confident, and relationship-focused Key Account Executive and Business Developer to join team. Company operates on a business model similar to leading marketplace and on-demand service platforms, connecting opportunities, users, and investors through innovative technology solutions.

This role is ideal for professionals who excel at building relationships, generating business opportunities, engaging investors and clients, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

  • Work Type: Full-Time Remote / Hybrid
  • Shift: US Business Hours (Monday–Friday)
  • Location: Remote (Occasional Onsite Meetings if Required)
  • Experience Required: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and engage potential clients, investors, and strategic business opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and digital channels.
  • Conduct prospecting, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to achieving business growth and revenue targets.

Account Management

  • Manage client communications and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Strategic Support

  • Assist in preparing business proposals, investor presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare reports and maintain business development pipelines.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve growth strategies and business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related role.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience with lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven sales and closing experience.
  • Experience dealing with investors, high-value clients, or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong persuasion and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of business growth and client acquisition strategies.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, or lead generation tools is a plus.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
