Role Overview
ICON Global is seeking a high-performing Key Account Executive - B2B (US market) to manage and grow relationships with hotel and hospitality clients across international markets.
This role is focused on driving repeat business, expanding account value, and ensuring consistent supply of hotel linen and amenities including bedsheets, pillow covers, curtains, bathrobes, towels, and related hospitality products.
The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with a commercial mindset to grow revenue from existing accounts while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned hotel and hospitality client accounts across international markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement heads, hotel managers, and purchasing teams
- Drive repeat orders and ensure consistent account engagement
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across hotel linen and amenities range
- Handle client communication via phone, email, and CRM with professionalism and responsiveness
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and operations) to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Address client concerns and ensure smooth resolution of service or product issues
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track account activity, orders, and pipeline
- Monitor account performance and contribute to revenue growth targets
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account handling, or hospitality supply industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage international clients confidently (especially hospitality sector)
- CRM experience (Zoho CRM preferred)
- Target-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in evening/night shift (US market alignment)
