Key Account Executive (Female)
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Key Account Sales Executive to manage and grow our existing institutional customers by cross-selling and upselling our hygiene solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit existing key accounts regularly to maintain strong customer relationships
- Cross-sell and promote air care products, air diffusers, washroom hygiene service products, cleaning chemicals, and detergents
- Identify new requirements within existing accounts and convert opportunities into sales
- Handle door-to-door and field sales activities for institutional customers
- Prepare and negotiate service contracts for monthly hygiene and maintenance services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Follow up on quotations, contracts, renewals, and payment collections
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular sales reports
Candidate Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Proven experience in institutional sales / B2B sales
- Strong experience in air care, washroom hygiene products, cleaning chemicals, and detergents
- Experience dealing with facility management companies, hotels, hospitals, offices, and other institutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Ability to close deals and manage long-term customer contracts
- UAE driving license is an advantage
