Key Account Manager

Pune, India

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Manage the Business Loan Portfolio of Merchants and drive Account Management.
  • Drive GMV growth for a High Value Business Product
  • Meet and engage with top transacting merchants and share Market level feedback with Leadership to scale Business.


Responsibilities will include

Functional Expertise

  • Responsible to manage key merchants
  • Responsible for retention of Merchants and cross sales of other products.

Interaction

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to account deployment.
  • Liaise with cross functional teams to address requirements, resolve issues etc.
  • Collaborate with product team to provide insights and feedback.


Problem Solving

  • Develop strategies for product enhancements and innovation.


To succeed in the role

Impact

  • Drive month-on-month transaction and GMV growth to contribute in overall company profitability.
  • Provide valuable market and product feedback to product team, enabling product enhancement and innovations.


Challenges & Decisions

  • Facing market with a target.
  • Balancing the diverse needs and expectations of key accounts.
  • Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts.
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams.


Qualification & Experience (type & industry)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Graduate / MBA with good academic record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a added bonus.


Skills & know-how

  • Candidates having experience in managing key accounts would be preferred.
  • Exposure of working with leadership team.
  • Good negotiation, communication and convincing skills.
  • Go getter attitude with problem solving skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management & strong project management skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity in role/ environment.
