About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow strategic client relationships in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the IT domain.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored IT solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and up-selling IT products and services.
- Collaborate with technical, sales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
- Track account performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ offerings.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or Business Development Manager in the IT or Technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (software, cloud, infrastructure, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
