We are looking for a Key
Accounts Manager
will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with major clients, particularly within the
fit-out, contracting, and interior design
sectors. The role focuses on driving business growth by identifying opportunities, managing long-term partnerships, and ensuring consistent client satisfaction through tailored product and service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with key clients including
fit-out contractors, interior design firms, developers, and consultants
.

Identify new business opportunities within the project and design ecosystem.

Achieve sales targets through strategic account management and pipeline development.
-
Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations based on client needs.

Collaborate with the design, procurement, and technical teams to ensure project specifications and product suitability.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to provide actionable insights.

Ensure smooth execution of orders from quotation to delivery and post-sales support.

Participate in project meetings, site visits, and client presentations as needed.

Maintain detailed client records and project data in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration
, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

10+ years of experience
in sales or key account management, preferably within
fit-out, building materials, or interior design
industries.

Strong network of contacts in the contracting and design community in the UAE.

Proven track record of managing large-scale B2B accounts and achieving sales targets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of project sales cycles and specification-based selling.

Valid UAE driving license preferred.
