About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven, and experienced Key Account Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most valuable clients, ensuring their satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and identifying opportunities for expansion. This role is perfect for passionate sales professionals with a proven track record in account management, who thrive in a fast-growing environment and are motivated to contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing CRM pipelines, quotations, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Coordinating with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and client deliveries.
• Representing Smucci at hospitality events and exhibitions.
• Understand client needs and requirements.
• Develop and manage key accounts, including retaining existing clients, upselling additional services, and growing revenue from the portfolio.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the UAE hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for sustainability and premium product presentation.

Training & Support

All new team members will undergo product and system training, gaining full knowledge of Smucci’s collections and client approach.
