SELECTED is hiring on behalf of a leading Financial Services organisation that is expanding its commercial team in Dubai. We're recruiting a Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic corporate client relationships while identifying additional commercial opportunities across the region.

This is a client facing, quota carrying role with a strong focus on farming and expanding existing key accounts. You will represent a respected financial brand with a portfolio of high impact solutions for corporate clients, working closely with senior stakeholders to maximise long term value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key corporate and enterprise clients
  • Grow existing accounts through upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Build long term relationships with senior decision makers
  • Lead client meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service levels and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans and revenue forecasts
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in key account management or B2B account management within Financial Services or a related sector
  • Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, client first approach
  • Experience managing complex corporate relationships in the UAE or wider GCC
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
