Key Account Manager

We are looking for a Key Account Manager for our client in the construction machinery sector, for whom we provide consulting services.

Job Description:

• Identify and develop business opportunities with major contractors, rental companies, government agencies, and industrial clients.
• Prospect potential customers, prepare proposals, negotiate sales, and close deals.
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product, service, finance, and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Coordinate with the dealer network to manage delivery, service, and project support.
• Monitor project progress, payment collections, and issue resolution.
• Track industry trends, major projects, and competitor activities, providing feedback to management.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, business forums, and industry events to enhance visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales of construction, mining, infrastructure, or capital equipment.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and managing key account relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Turkish and working knowledge of English.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings and site visits.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused approach.
