About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions, support product launches, and achieve sales targets across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact

Develop and execute strategic account plans for long-term business growth

Lead product introduction and launch of
Solar Grid Tie Inverters & Hybrid Inverters
-
Prepare and submit business proposals to key account solar developers and EPC customers
-
Conduct key account mapping of targeted customers
-
Drive regional sales performance for all assigned product categories
-
Support forecasting, order processing, and backend sales operations
-
Coordinate with commercial and backend teams to meet product delivery timelines
-
Handle payment follow-ups, collections, and account reconciliation
-
Resolve customer conflicts and manage sales-related escalations
-
Maintain and update all sales records and documentation
-
Monitor sales support activities including invoices, proposals, and payments

Collect and analyze competitor and market intelligence

Retain and increase market share within assigned accounts

Lead, mentor, and support team members
-
Perform additional duties as assigned by management from time to time
Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:
8–10 years (minimum 6–8 years in Channel Sales)

Education:
B.E. in Electrical or Electronics (MBA preferred)

Proven experience in
Solar / Power / Energy
industry

Strong knowledge of power products, including:

UPS

Batteries

Solar Panels

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
