Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven professional with strong expertise in industrial pump solutions and water infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must possess proven experience in handling leading international pump with deep exposure to EPC, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
The role demands strong techno-commercial capabilities, project exposure, and the ability to manage key accounts across Oil & Gas, Water Treatment, Infrastructure, and Industrial segments.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and business development activities for pump systems and water solutions.

Develop and manage key accounts across EPC contractors, consultants, and end-users.

Identify and pursue project opportunities in:

Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants
-
Desalination Projects
-
Oil & Gas Facilities
-
Petrochemical & Refinery Projects
-
Infrastructure & Mega Projects
-
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with project specifications.

Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and procurement teams for project execution.

Ensure compliance with project standards and client specifications.
-
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
-
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
Required Experience & Exposure

Minimum
5–10 years of relevant experience
in pump sales or project business.

Preference - Saudi #Nationals
-
Mandatory hands-on exposure to:
Xylem, KSB, Kohler
products

Experience in handling EPC contractors and large project tenders.

Familiarity with Saudi / GCC market standards is preferred.

Strong understanding of tendering, techno-commercial evaluation, and project lifecycle.
Technical Competencies

Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings.

Knowledge of hydraulic calculations and pump selection.

Exposure to water treatment process integration.

Understanding of Aramco / SEC / SWCC standards (preferred).
Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

MBA (added advantage).
