Key Account Manager

The Opportunity

Nevera Solutions is a fast-scaling new generation marketing agency building its commercial engine to win pharma, FMCGs and enterprise clients. This role is the most important hire we are making — you will be the person who brings in the business that drives everything else.


You will own the full revenue cycle: identifying opportunities, building relationships, presenting Nevera's capabilities, and closing retainer contracts. This is not an account servicing role — it is a hunting role with full access and decision-making speed that large agencies cannot match.


Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business with pharma, healthcare, and FMCG enterprises

• Build and manage a pipeline of 15+ active opportunities at any time

• Lead client presentations and proposal development with full creative team support

• Negotiate and structure retainer contracts

• Own client relationships post-close and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

• Represent Nevera at industry events, medical conferences, and networking forums

• Report weekly pipeline status directly to the Managing Director


Requirements

• B2B sales, account management, or business development experience

• Demonstrated record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding revenue targets

• Network or experience in pharma, healthcare or marketing services

• Strong communicator in Arabic and English — written and verbal

• Hunter mentality: self-starter who owns their pipeline without needing to be managed


Nice to Have

• Existing book of relationships in pharma or healthcare marketing

• Prior experience at a medical communications or advertising agency

• Comfort with CRM tools and structured pipeline management
