Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the food industry and solid grip on the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) channel. The role involves driving revenue growth, expanding key accounts, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business within the HoReCa channel
• Identify new market opportunities and onboard key clients
• Manage distributor and key account relationships
• Achieve sales and revenue targets
• Lead negotiations and execute commercial agreements
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

• 8+ years of business development/sales experience
• Food industry experience preferred
• Strong HoReCa network and market understanding
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Results-driven and target-oriented
