Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Key Utility scale customers active in the region.
Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
Developing a thorough understanding of key client's needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
Increase revenues & profitability for the company according to established KPIs.
Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company.
Establishing and maintaining good relationships with different stakeholders.
Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry.
Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential customers.
Qualification Criteria :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering or Economics.
Good understanding of the local PV market.
A minimum of 3-5 years successful B2B sales experience ideally in PV/ Solar industry but also in related industries (Electrical applications, energy, etc.).
Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles.
Have a good sense of teamwork.
Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organization skills.
Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills.
High reliability and ability to work under pressure.
