We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager to build, manage, and grow strategic client relationships while driving business expansion and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer experience, long-term client retention, and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client requirements.

The role requires a strong blend of relationship management, consultative sales, strategic planning, and coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments.
  • Understand client business objectives, operational challenges, and future requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
  • Handle and resolve client concerns, escalations, and service-related issues effectively.

Sales & Business Growth

  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling solutions and services.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.
  • Work closely with management to develop sales strategies, campaigns, and commercial proposals.

Coordination & Solution Management

  • Collaborate with technical, operations, finance, and support teams to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery.
  • Bridge the gap between customer requirements and company solutions by proposing innovative and value-driven approaches.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products, services, proposals, and client commitments.
  • Monitor project/account performance and maintain accurate account documentation and reporting.

Reporting & Performance

  • Track sales performance, account activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.
  • Prepare periodic reports, forecasts, and account updates for management.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy for all assigned accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, Sales Management, or Business Development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Technology, IT Solutions, Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, SaaS, Cloud, or Enterprise Solutions industries will be preferred.
  • Experience handling enterprise or corporate accounts is an advantage.
