Key Account Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite - with travel)

Industry: HORECA (F&B/FMCG)


We’re currently partnering with a leading FMCG business in the UAE that is looking to strengthen its HORECA division with the addition of high-potential Key Account Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for commercially driven sales professionals who understand the hospitality landscape and are looking to take ownership of strategic accounts across premium channels.


The Role

You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key HORECA accounts including 4 & 5-star hotels, airline catering groups, catering companies, and golf clubs. The focus is on driving sustainable growth, strengthening relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business within assigned accounts and territory
  • Manage and grow existing key clients through strong relationship building
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and implement account development plans
  • Drive volume, revenue, and margin growth across the HORECA channel
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for expansion
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver on client expectations


What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in FMCG sales within the UAE
  • Proven experience managing HORECA / hospitality accounts
  • Strong network across hotels, catering groups, or premium dining outlets
  • Commercially astute with a solid understanding of margins, ROI, and P&L
  • Confident negotiator with strong communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts
  • UAE driving licence is essential
