We are seeking a results-driven and strategically minded Key Account Manager – Connected Customer Solutions (CCS) to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customers through a hybrid engagement model combining digital, remote, and field collaboration. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term partnerships with key clinics, labs, and customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience across Straumann’s full portfolio of solutions.
- Own and develop strategic relationships with assigned key accounts, ensuring long-term partnership and business growth.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling, upselling, and portfolio expansion opportunities across Straumann solutions.
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with commercial objectives and customer needs.
- Engage customers through a hybrid approach (remote engagement, digital channels, and coordinated field activities).
- Collaborate closely with Field Sales, Clinical Education, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to deliver seamless customer solutions.
- Lead customer business reviews, performance tracking, and opportunity pipeline management.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and customer engagement records in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in key account management, sales, or commercial roles (healthcare / medical device experience preferred).
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex customer portfolios and drive commercial growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong analytical and planning skills.
- Fluent in Turkish; English is an advantage.
