Key Account Manager (E-Commerce)

Role Overview


  • Responsible to manage Nivea Turkey online market place, last mile and pure online customers on the strategy development to achieve profitable business growth,
  • This role will be working closely with global and local shopper & customers marketing, sales department, digital & marketing department to ensure brand communications and online execution are maximized in online platform.


Key Responsibilities


  • Apply key e-commerce best practices around content, unique visitor, conversion and per consumer transaction in conjunction with core sales practices such as holistic customer investment management, forecasting, promotions, and analytics
  • Lead S&OP processes in unison with supply teams to provide excellent customer service,
  • High knowledge of e-commerce platforms, operations and distributor management,
  • Take full ownership of Monthly & quarterly & yearly targets to achieve each KPIs,
  • Deliver e-commerce Net Sales, Market Share and Penetration goals by establishing e-commerce fundamentals,
  • Find growth opportunities with collaborating existing & potential partners,
  • Adverse in planning online campaigns and self-initiative activities to deliver the sales target,
  • Maximizing ROI by evaluating incremental of sales and trade investment of each position monthly basis.
  • Identify customer needs and opportunities by analysing sales gap & develop strategy,
  • Keep abreast with latest market trends and development, with sound knowledge of competitors' activities
  • Lead trade budget, A&P, trading term negotiations, Key Requirements


Your Profile


  • A minimum of 4-6 years of sales experience, at least 2 years e-commerce experience is required.
  • Familiar with e-platform sales operation in terms of S&OP, timeline & possible execution mechanics,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications with a focus on Excel
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
  • The ability to handle multiple customers,
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills

Nivea Beiersdorf Turkey office in İstanbul Ayazağa region is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Istanbul. Working model will be hybrid for this role, 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
