Job Summary
The Key Account Manager - Freight Forwarding will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships within the logistics and freight forwarding sector. The role focuses on promoting services, closing deals, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sector

Promote the company’s services, including air, sea, and land freight, as well as customs clearance and warehousing

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients

Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient shipment execution

Achieve assigned sales targets and meet defined KPIs

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in
logistics or freight forwarding sales

Experience in
B2B sales within logistics services
is a strong advantage

Good understanding of
freight forwarding operations and logistics services

Experience using
CRM systems
and managing sales pipelines

Proficiency in
Microsoft Office tools

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
