Key Account Manager - HORECA

Job Summary:


We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Key Account Manager – HORECA to manage and grow key accounts within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with hotels, driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning our products and services with client needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key HORECA clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and introduce new products within existing accounts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts. Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive relationship.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and manage contract renewals in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customized solutions for clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, market feedback, and account performance updates to the direct manager.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the HORECA sector.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
