Key Responsibilities:


Leadership & Guidance:

  • Provide guidance and training on effective communication skills.
  • Offer technical guidance on data trend analysis for decision-making.
  • Provide technical guidance on planning, organizing, and prioritizing activities to meet business objectives.

Client Relationship Management & Development:

  • Manage and develop relationships with important customers (mid-tier companies, multinational corporates), potentially leading an account team.
  • Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex existing customer accounts to build influence and resolve issues.
  • Manage ongoing customer relationships to meet needs, providing analyses and recommendations based on feedback.
  • Develop and implement relationship management plans for potential customer accounts to build relationships with key decision-makers.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Set clear objectives for sales calls/meetings, tailor presentations to decision-makers, and gather information to identify customer interest and needs.
  • Use expertise to identify and present complex standard products/services, quantities, and configurations at commercial terms, escalating for concessions when needed.
  • Develop a personal network and represent the organization at trade shows and events to identify sales opportunities and enhance reputation.

Collaboration & Data Management:

  • Collaborate internally as a customer champion in cross-functional teams to build strong external customer relationships.
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer information in the CRM system (or ensure team members do so) for effective retention and business development.

Professional Development & Market Knowledge:

  • Develop personal capabilities through training, coaching, and professional accreditation.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous learning.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the Saudi HORECA market.
  • Strong experience with tender applications, bidding, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis, Microsoft Excel, and creating business presentations.
