Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager-HoReCa, located in Dubai.
  • The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key HoReCa clients, developing business plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining strong partnerships, identifying potential growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and addressing customer needs within the foodservice sector.
  • The role demands collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Account Management and Key Accounts, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills to identify growth opportunities and devise effective strategies
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills and experience in exceeding client expectations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the foodservice (HoReCa) sector and its operational needs
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in HoReCa sales or FMCG distribution is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
